On May 15, the capital market celebrated its first "5.15 National Investor Protection Day" following the introduction of the new "National Nine Provisions." With guidance from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Shanghai Stock Exchange, Beijing Stock Exchange, China Securities Investor Services Center, and special support from the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau, the event was grandly held in Shenzhen, organized by the Securities Times.
The capital market investor education "Spark Program" aims to establish a long-term cooperative mechanism for investor education, create a resource-sharing platform, and strengthen dedicated service areas for investor education. GF Fund has become one of the first institutions to join this initiative.
In recent years, GF Fund has made significant strides in investor education, focusing on customer experience, aligning content with current capital market trends, and continuously innovating educational formats. The company has developed a multi-tiered educational system covering the pre-investment, investment, and post-investment phases, addressing key challenges in the investment process. By adhering to principles of comprehensive planning, systematic deployment, gradual implementation, and sustained effort, GF Fund has advanced a structured, refined, diverse, and brand-oriented approach to investor education, enhancing investors' understanding and skills.
The head of GF Fund’s investor education team stated that the company has boldly innovated in its promotional methods, establishing a one-stop comprehensive investor education platform, the "GF Fund Investor Education Base." This platform features over 2,100 educational materials and facilitates real-time interaction with investors through social media and live broadcasts. The company has also established a presence on eight major new media platforms, including Douyin, WeChat Video, Xiaohongshu, and Bilibili, creating differentiated educational IPs like "GF Little Red Bean," "An An," and "Know Xin Senior" to enhance public financial literacy and self-protection capabilities.
To better cater to the financial literacy and investment needs of different investor groups, GF Fund emphasizes customized content and activities. For youth, the company is actively promoting financial education as part of the national education system through specialized lectures, elective courses on "Development and Innovation of Public Fund Markets," and creative competitions on themes like "Anti-Fraud" and "Retirement." For middle-aged and elderly investors, GF Fund focuses on financial literacy programs to enhance awareness and self-protection capabilities. For working individuals, the company offers tailored financial salons to provide investment and asset allocation guidance, while promoting personal pensions to support the construction of a three-pillar pension system and improve retirement security for investors.
As a founding member of the "Spark Program," GF Fund is committed to enhancing the quality and effectiveness of investor education services, promoting long-term and value investment principles, and contributing to the cultivation of patient capital in the capital market.
