In order to actively respond to the guiding opinions on promoting the “Five Key Financial Articles,” improve the quality and efficiency of serving the real economy, and further strengthen the popularization of securities investment knowledge and risk prevention awareness among investors, in July 2025, under the guidance of Xinjiang CSRC, the Financial Office of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region, the Industry and Information Technology Department of the Autonomous Region, the Financial Office of the Party Committee of the XPCC, and the Industry and Information Technology Bureau of the XPCC, the Xinjiang Securities and Futures Association, the Hunan Securities Association, the Xinjiang Equity Exchange Center, Cailian Press, and GF Fund jointly organized the Xinjiang Station series of activities of “Focusing on the Five Key Financial Articles, Investor Education Supporting a Financially Strong Nation.” Through seven activities including Party building study, capital matchmaking conference, industry culture construction training and calligraphy & painting exhibition, visiting listed companies, investor education fair, and industry sharing, the events promoted the deep integration of Xinjiang’s special industries with financial capital, used financial strength to promote Xinjiang’s high-quality development, and were positively affirmed and welcomed by all participants and investors.

Party Building Leading Cohesion, Culture Forging Integrity and Foundation

In this Xinjiang Station series of activities, Party building study and industry culture construction were deeply carried out as the core segments. Closely focusing on the requirements of comprehensive and strict governance of the Party, through special lectures, case teaching, cultural exhibitions and other forms, the activities consolidated the clean and honest defense line of practitioners.

Professor from the Party History and Party Building Department of the Socialist Academy of Urumqi delivered to nearly 300 financial institutions and enterprise leaders on-site a special lecture “In-depth Study and Implementation of the Spirit of the Eight-Point Regulation of the Central Committee—Building a Strong Line of Defense for Integrity and Self-Discipline.” The lecture systematically reviewed the development history of the Eight-Point Regulation, deeply interpreted the requirements of making style construction normalized and long-term, combined with the specific content of the “80 Prohibited Acts Listed by the Central Committee Regarding Violations of the Eight-Point Regulation”, analyzed the manifestations and harms of violations through typical cases, guided participants to accurately grasp the core essence of the policy, and consciously build ideological and institutional defenses.

In the industry culture construction session, Liu Danyue, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of the Hunan Securities Association, delivered a keynote sharing titled “Leading Integrity Practice and Professional Ethics Construction through Industry Culture Construction—Self-Regulation Requirements and Case Analysis.” Through interpreting industry self-regulation rules and vivid warning cases, the session profoundly revealed the risk costs of violations, and provided practical guidance for advancing clean culture construction, strengthening professional ethics, and implementing self-regulation requirements.

As an important carrier of culture construction, the industry calligraphy and painting & photography exhibition themed “Brush and Ink Depict Integrity, Calligraphy and Painting Write Compliance” was held simultaneously. The exhibited works focused on implementing the spirit of the Eight-Point Regulation, shaping industry image, and passing on fine family traditions, using art forms to interpret the cultural core of “integrity, compliance, professionalism, prudence.” The exhibition vividly displayed the achievements of Party conduct and clean governance construction, reinforced cultural identity through visual expression, and was highly praised by participants.
