Investment Scope:

The fund's investment scope is financial instruments with good liquidity, including domestically issued stocks (including small and medium-sized board, GEM and other stocks approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission “CSRC”), bonds, money market instruments, warrants, and asset support. Securities and laws and regulations or other financial instruments that the CSRC allows the fund to invest, subject to the relevant regulations of the CSRC. The Fund is a bond fund, mainly investing in fixed-income financial instruments, including corporate bonds, corporate bonds, government bonds, central bank bills, financial bonds, local government bonds, subordinated bonds, convertible bonds, and convertible bonds. Short-term financing bills, medium-term notes, asset-backed securities, bond repurchases and bank deposits. The Fund does not buy stocks or warrants from the secondary market, but can participate in the primary market subscription, stock issuance and tender offer stock investment, and can also hold stocks formed by convertible bonds, due to stocks held. The stock formed by the stock placement and distribution and the warrants formed by the convertible bonds of the investment separation. Assets such as stocks and warrants held for the above reasons will be sold within 60 trading days from the date of their tradability.

Investment Strategy: 1. Large-scale asset allocation strategy: The Fund passed in-depth interest rate research and credit research, interest rate trends, prediction of changes in the yield curve and changes in credit risk. Combined with the valuation level and risk-return characteristics of each major asset, the proportion of allocation of various assets is determined on the premise of meeting the corresponding investment ratio; 2. Fixed-income asset investment strategy: The Fund will adopt a “top-down” bond asset allocation and “bottom-up” coupon featured to select a fixed-income asset investment strategy. On the whole, the investment strategy of fixed-income assets can be divided into three levels: determining the duration of the portfolio and the combined interest rate term structure; performing generic allocation of the combined assets and the selection of coupons; Change the situation and make timely and dynamic adjustments to the investment portfolio; 3. Equity Assets Investment Strategy: In terms of new share purchases, the Fund mainly chooses to participate in the target, participation scale and exit timing from the three aspects of listed companies' fundamentals, valuation level and market environment, and through in-depth analysis of the fundamentals of new-listed companies, combined with the market environment at the time of new share issuance. In the case of tender offer stock investment, there are cash-optional tender offer investment opportunities in the market due to factors such as mergers and mergers and acquisitions by listed companies.
