Mr LIU Jie, Bachelor of Engineering, China's securities investment fund industry certificate holder. Previously he was the system development specialist of the IT Department of GF Fund Management, a research analyst of the quantity investment department, and the fund manager of GF CSI 300 Index Fund (between 1st April 2014 and 17th January 2016) and GF CSI Environmental Protection Industry Index (between 25th January 2016 and 25th April 2018). Currently he is the Assistant General Manager of Index Investment Department of GF Fund Management and manages:

Fund Manager: LIU Jie Custodian Bank: GF Bank Benchmark: RMB-denominated S&P Global 1200 Healthcare Index Yield Risk-benefit Characteristics: The Fund is a stock fund meaning higher risks and returns than money market funds, bond funds and hybrid funds, which are characterised by higher risks and higher expected returns. Investment Scope: The fund's investment scope is the S&P Global 1200 Healthcare Index constituent stocks, alternative constituent stocks in the global securities market, index funds (including ETFs) and new stocks (primary market) with S&P Global 1200 Healthcare Index as investment targets, initial release or additional issuance. The Fund may also invest in other financial instruments with good liquidity in the global securities market, including common stocks, preferred stocks, global depositary receipts and stocks listed on the national or regional securities market that have signed a memorandum of understanding on bilateral regulatory cooperation with the China Securities Regulatory Commission “CSRC”. American Depositary Receipts, Real Estate Trust Certificates (“REITs”); public funds registered with national or regional securities regulators that have signed a memorandum of understanding on bilateral regulatory cooperation with the CSRC; and fixed income, equity, credit, commodity indices structured investment products linked to the subject matter such as funds; forward contracts, swaps, and financial derivatives such as warrants, options, futures, etc. listed on the overseas exchanges approved by the CSRC; bank deposits, short-term government bonds, etc. Tools and laws and regulations or other financial instruments that the CSRC permits (subject to the relevant provisions of the CSRC). If the laws and regulations or the regulatory agencies allow the fund to invest in other varieties in the future, the fund manager may include it in the investment scope after performing appropriate procedures.
Investment Strategy: The Fund seeks to achieve effective tracking of the benchmark index and builds an indexed portfolio under the dual constraints of reducing tracking error and controlling liquidity risk. The Fund strives to control the daily average tracking deviation between the fund's net value growth rate and the performance comparison benchmark to be less than 0.5%, and the annual tracking error between the fund's net value growth rate and the performance comparison benchmark does not exceed 5%. The Fund mainly uses the full replication method to track the S&P Global 1200 Healthcare Index and builds a stock portfolio based on the benchmark weights of individual stocks in the underlying index. The Fund will mainly focus on reducing tracking error and portfolio liquidity management, considering liquidity and profitability, and constructing a portfolio of the Fund's bonds and money market instruments.
