Securities, laws and regulations or other financial instruments the CSRC allows the fund to invest, are subject to regulations of the CSRC. The fund for the bond funds, the main investment in fixed-income financial tools, including corporate bonds, corporate bonds, Treasury bonds, central bank bills, debt-financed, local government bonds and subordinated bonds, convertible bonds, separation of trading convertible bonds, short-term financing bonds, medium-term notes, asset-backed securities, bonds repurchase and bank deposit. The Fund does not purchase equity or warrants from the secondary market but can participate in the primary market for stock issuance and equity investment and can also hold for convertible bonds into shares of stock, because of its stock share placement and distributing of the stock and formed by the separation of trading convertible bonds investment warrants. Investment Strategy: 1. Large-scale asset allocation strategy: The Fund passed in-depth interest rate research and credit research, interest rate trends, prediction of changes in the yield curve and changes in credit risk. Combined with the valuation level and risk-return characteristics of each major asset, the proportion of allocation of various assets is determined on the premise of meeting the corresponding investment ratio; 2. Fixed-income asset investment strategy: The Fund will adopt a “top-down” bond asset allocation and “bottom-up” coupon featured to select a fixed-income asset investment strategy. On the whole, the investment strategy of fixed-income assets can be divided into three levels: determining the duration of the portfolio and the combined interest rate term structure; performing generic allocation of the combined assets and the selection of coupons; Change the situation and make timely and dynamic adjustments to the investment portfolio; 3.
