Risk-benefit Characteristics: The Fund is a stock fund with higher risks and returns than hybrid funds, bond funds and money market funds. The Fund uses the full replication method to track the performance of the underlying index, with a similar risk-return profile as the underlying index and the stock market represented by the underlying index.
Investment Scope:

The Fund mainly invests in constituent stocks and alternative constituent stocks of the underlying index. In order to better achieve investment objectives, the fund may also invest in non-component stocks (including small and medium-sized board, GEM and other stocks approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission “CSRC”), bonds, bond repurchases, asset-backed securities, bank deposits, and money markets. Tools, warrants, stock index futures, and other financial instruments that laws and regulations or the CSRC allow the fund to invest, subject to the relevant regulations of the CSRC.

Investment Strategy: The Fund mainly adopts a complete replication strategy, which is to construct a fund stock portfolio according to the constituents of the underlying index and its weight and adjust accordingly according to the changes in the underlying index constituents and their weights. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will build a portfolio of stock assets based on the composition of the constituent stocks of the underlying index and its weight, but due to special circumstances (such as insufficient liquidity, long-term suspension of constituent stocks, legal and regulatory restrictions, etc.), it is impossible to obtain a sufficient number of at the time of the stock, the Fund may choose other securities or portfolios to replace the stocks in the underlying index. The investment ratio of the fund's stock assets is not less than 80% of the fund's assets. The proportion of assets invested in the underlying index constituents and the constituent constituents is not less than 90% of the fund's net assets, and not less than the non-cash fund assets. 80%. In order to better realise the investment objectives of the Fund, the Fund will also invest in financial derivatives such as stock index futures as conditions permit, with a view to reducing the level of tracking error. The goal of the Fund's investment in financial derivatives is to make the fund's investment portfolio more closely track the underlying index in order to better achieve the fund's investment objectives, not for speculative trading purposes, or as a leveraged instrument to amplify the fund's investment. Under normal circumstances, the Fund strives to ensure that the absolute value of daily average deviation does not exceed 0.2%, and the annual tracking error does not exceed 2%. If the tracking deviation and tracking error exceed the above range due to index adjustment rules or other factors, the fund manager shall take reasonable measures to avoid tracking deviation and further increase the tracking error.
